Labor only. Parts, consumables (oil, filters, shop supplies), AD/SB compliance beyond inspection scope, repairs, troubleshooting, and correction of discrepancies are billed separately at the applicable hourly rate. Actual hours may vary with aircraft condition, access, modifications, corrosion, and documentation quality. Owner-assisted work is limited to pre-approved non-critical tasks under direct supervision.

International Aircraft-on-Ground Support

International AOG & Field Maintenance

When your aircraft is down and local troubleshooting has not solved the problem, Matta Aviation Services provides rapid-response international aircraft maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting and field support. Our objective is simple: identify the discrepancy, correct the problem safely and efficiently, and help return your aircraft to service.

Scheduled International Support

International Field Maintenance

$1,500 / calendar day

For international maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection support and technical assistance scheduled with more than 48 hours' notice.

Four-Day Minimum: All international AOG and field maintenance deployments are subject to a four-calendar-day minimum. Billing begins on the day Matta Aviation Services personnel depart their home base and continues through the day personnel return.

International AOG Rate Structure

Standard International Rate

$1,500/day
Scheduled international maintenance and technical support.

Emergency AOG Rate

$2,000/day
Emergency mobilization requested with less than 48 hours' notice.

Travel Days

Travel days are billed at the applicable daily deployment rate.

Standby / Delay Days

$1,500/day
Applies when personnel must remain deployed because of aircraft, parts, weather, scheduling, transportation or other operational delays.

Deployment Minimum

Four calendar days minimum for all international assignments, regardless of how quickly the discrepancy is resolved.

Daily Rate

Rates are billed by calendar day and are not converted to an eight-hour or hourly maintenance rate.

Deployment Terms

Parts, materials, shipping, specialized tooling, subcontracted services and outside testing are billed separately.

For new international customers, Matta Aviation Services may require 50% of the estimated minimum deployment fee prior to mobilization.

Once travel or mobilization has begun, the applicable minimum deployment charge and committed travel expenses remain due.

All maintenance is performed and documented within the privileges, limitations and requirements of the applicable certificates, authorizations and regulatory framework.
